Let Insulin watch your inbox — and your CRM.
Insulin drafts replies in your voice, catches CRM changes like a new deal stage, and stages the next action — you just approve and send.

Watches the inbox and CRM you already use
How it works
From a plain-English rule to a sent reply
Connect inbox & CRM
Link Gmail or Outlook, then Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365 as a trigger.
Describe a rule
Tell Insulin what to watch for and what to do — in plain English.
Insulin drafts it
A reply in your voice, plus the CRM action staged and ready to review.
You approve
Send the reply and run the CRM action from chat, each on its own click — or edit first.
Rules
Say the rule once. Insulin builds the automation.
Describe what should happen — "when a Salesforce stage changes to Proposal, draft a follow-up and create a private offer" — and Insulin turns it into a structured rule, powered by the same Jobs and Agents that run the rest of Insulin. Email rules can also label incoming mail as it arrives, so your inbox is already organized by the time you open it.
- Plain-English rule builder
- Match by stage, amount, or owner
- Auto-tags & sorts your inbox as it arrives

Voice profile
Every reply, in your voice.
Insulin learns your greeting, sign-off, tone, and go-to phrases automatically from your recent emails — so drafts read like you wrote them, not a bot.
- Learned automatically, no setup
- Full context before you approve
- Every action logged & reviewable
Chat
Just ask — and watch it work.
Type a request in plain language and Insulin plans the steps, executes them across your CRM and business data, and reports back with exactly what changed — no black box in between.
- Multi-step plans, not black boxes
- Real actions — offers, CRM updates, drafts
- Full run history for every request

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about the Insulin Inbox App
What is the Insulin Inbox App? +
The Inbox App is an AI teammate that watches your inbox and CRM, drafts replies in your voice, and stages CRM actions like offer creation or field updates — all routed through Approvals, except the replies of an auto-send rule you write yourself; CRM actions always wait for you.
Which email providers and CRMs does it work with? +
Gmail or Outlook for email, and Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the CRM trigger. Dynamics 365 reports a won deal and a lost deal as the same Close stage, so a rule there cannot tell the two apart.
Do I need to write code to set up a rule? +
No. Describe the rule in plain English — what to watch for and what to do — and Insulin generates the structured trigger, match conditions, and context sources for you.
Does it send emails or update my CRM automatically? +
Not by default. Matched emails and CRM actions go to Approvals for review, where you can send, edit, or discard before anything reaches a contact or your CRM.
Can Insulin organize my inbox automatically? +
Yes. Email rules can label incoming mail as it arrives — you write the labels into the rule, like one for any message with a keyword in the subject line — so your inbox is already sorted by the time you open it. Inbox ships no rules of its own.
